I toured some really fantastic green homes in North Portland yesterday. Two of them were next to Addidas and the other one was in Columbia Villa.

Kria is the innovator of greening the MLS systems across the US. Portland’s MLS is the first one that she worked on. Why is this relavant to you? If you have a house that has greener features in it or if you are building a certified green home, you want the potential buyers to know about those features. Prior to the greening of the MLS here in Portland. This was a very difficult thing to do.
Looking for a greened home was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Maybe the listing agent or seller would think to add that information into the remarks. Most often those aspects of the listings were simply not there.
Now that information can be given to other agents and appraisers. That is important to get the added value of a greened home.
