Kria Portland’s Green Real Estate Broker

Kria is Portland’s Green Real Estate Broker, innovator of the green MLS. 
The Multiple Listing System (MLS) is a data system that all Realtors use.  She greened the MLS so that the green aspects of a home would be recognised during a real estate transaction.  She continues her work across the country and green more MLS systems.

Her education is in architecture. She has practiced architecture in Portland. She has served on the governor’s green coucil, the urban and rural reserves citizen’s advisory board and continues to volunteer for friends of trees.

She works with any person with any type of house. She is dedicated to finding greener ways of doing the practice of real estate. Sustainablity is not a black and white issue like so many other issues are. She will taylor your needs and find the greenest solution for you.
