shades of green
There are all sorts of opportunities to green the housing stock and to negotiate green. I believe in doing both. One of the programs I have is a green as you buy. The gallery below is of one of my client’s homes that did this program to its fullest. The house had two audits and was retrofitted to perform to energy star standards and in some areas higher. The kitchen was renovated and now has a stylish open feeling kitchen. The lot has also been zeroscaped, landscaping that does not require extra water. It also provides habitat.
